These terms explain your rights and your obligations when you buy from us, download from us, use our support, or subscribe to our newsletter. Please read them before you purchase.
We strongly advise you to discontinue using our website and to avoid utilizing our service or making any more purchases if you disagree with these terms. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms.
Product Compatibility
The License of Our WordPress Products
The PHP code in our WordPress themes and plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) (version 2.0 or later). Bundled assets such as images, fonts, and third-party libraries may carry their own separate licenses.
What you purchase from RadiusTheme is a commercial license: access to downloads, product updates, and technical support for the number of sites and the period you paid for. The GPL governs the code itself; these terms govern your access to our services, our brand, and our account system.
Updates on Products
Customers who buy products from RadiusTheme are entitled to free upgrades for a year after the date of purchase. Our team always tries to enhance each product over time and ensure that it is compatible with the most recent version of WordPress.
What you receive depends on the type of product and the license you bought.

Plugin licenses
Plugin purchases include updates, download access, and technical support for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Renewing keeps all three active.
Theme licenses
Themes include lifetime updates and 12 months of technical support from the date of purchase. Once the support period ends, your theme keeps working and keeps receiving updates — only direct support stops. You can renew support at any time from your account.
What updates cover
We improve our products over time and keep them working with current versions of WordPress. Updates include fixes, compatibility work, and new features as we release them.
If you need functionality that does not exist in the current version, it may arrive in a future release, but we cannot commit to a date. Custom development is a separate paid service.
We cannot guarantee that any product will be updated indefinitely, and we do not support WordPress 3.0 or earlier.
License Terms
- Single site: use the license on one domain, with support and updates for that domain for 1 year (365 days) from purchase.
- Up to 5 sites (or a specified number): use the license on 5 domains, or the number of domains listed on the product page, with support and updates for 1 year (365 days) from purchase.
- Unlimited sites: use the license on unlimited domains, with support and updates for 1 year (365 days) from purchase.
- Lifetime license: pay once and keep updates and support for the lifetime of the product. See “Lifetime Deals” below for what “lifetime” means.
- Membership packages: each package has its own duration and site limit, listed on the package at the time of purchase.
Bundled Plugin
A bundled plugin is a premium RadiusTheme plugin or 3rd party plugin that is included inside a theme package at no extra cost. It is the same plugin we sell on its own — the same code, the same features, the same functionality.
The difference is not what the plugin does. The difference is how it is licensed, updated, and supported.

Subscriptions and renewals
Since July 1, 2021, licenses are sold on a subscription basis and renew automatically once a year until you cancel. Lifetime licenses and custom payments are not auto-renewed.
What you agree to at checkout
When you buy an annual license, you are starting a recurring subscription. At checkout, you see the renewal price, the renewal period, and the auto-renewal notice, and you must accept these Terms and our Refund Policy before payment is taken. Your agreement is recorded with a timestamp and your IP address.Renewal reminders
We email two renewal reminders to the address on your account before each renewal charge, using our standard schedule of two notices. The reminders state the renewal date and the amount, and explain how to cancel. It is your responsibility to keep a valid email address on your account and to check that our emails are not filtered as spam. A reminder that is not opened, or that is delivered to a spam folder, does not cancel or invalidate the renewal.How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by opening a support ticket. Cancelling akes effect before your next renewal date and stops all future charges. It does not remove the product from sites where it is already installed, and it does not refund charges already taken.Renewal charges are valid
Because the renewal is scheduled in advance and announced by email, a renewal charge is an authorized transaction. If you do not want to renew, cancel before the renewal date. If a renewal is charged and you no longer want the license, contact us and we will issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.Envato license redemption
If you bought one of our products on ThemeForest or CodeCanyon, you can redeem your purchase code for a RadiusTheme license free of charge. Redeeming gives you one-click updates through the WordPress dashboard and direct access to our support desk. Your support period here mirrors your active Envato support period, and redeeming does not alter the terms of your Envato license.
Violation of license terms
- You may not sell, resell, or transfer our products or product licenses on your site or anywhere else.
- You may not redistribute our products as part of a bundle, theme pack, or membership offering that is not ours.
If we have reason to believe a license is being misused, we may disable the license and the associated account.
Support
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If the product is not right for you or causes you problems, request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase and we will return the full amount.
We would appreciate knowing why you asked for a refund, and we welcome suggestions on how to improve the process — but neither is a condition of the refund.
Warranty
Our products are supplied “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not provide or warrant third-party extensions or plugins.
You can test any product on our demo server before buying, and our support team is available if you have questions beforehand.
Campaign Offers
We run campaign discounts around occasions such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Discounts apply only while the campaign is live and cannot be claimed once it ends. RadiusTheme may end a campaign at any time without prior notice.
Lifetime Deals
We sometimes offer “Lifetime Access” — a one-time payment that gives you access to a theme or plugin for as long as we continue to offer it.
Lifetime refers to the product’s lifetime, not the buyer’s lifetime. A product’s lifetime runs from the point we start selling it to the point we retire it.
If we retire a product, we will notify lifetime customers 60 days in advance.
Liability and Ownership
All RadiusTheme products remain the property of RadiusTheme. You may not claim exclusive or intellectual ownership of any of our products, modified or otherwise.
Our products are provided “as is” with no implied or express warranties. RadiusTheme is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products — including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Product licenses and user accounts cannot be transferred between people or companies.
If you are a developer or agency buying on behalf of a client, please have the client purchase in their own name. It keeps ownership clear and makes support faster for everyone.
Account Termination and Suspension
RadiusTheme may suspend or terminate a user account without notice for any of the following:
- Abusive behaviour or sustained hostility toward RadiusTheme staff or other customers.
- Repeated attempts to deter prospective buyers through malicious, false, or defamatory statements.
- Promoting competitor products through our channels, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or any other illegal activity.
Where a suspension decision is final, it will not be reversed.
Illegal Uses
To protect our customers, we may block any account involved in spam or fraudulent activity.
If you notice anything suspicious on the RadiusTheme site, email support@radiustheme.com straight away. We treat security reports as a priority.
Changes to These Terms
RadiusTheme may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
