This page explains what you can and cannot do with the themes, plugins, and templates you purchase from RadiusTheme, how long your updates and support last, and how licenses are counted.

If anything here is unclear, please contact our support team before you buy — we would rather answer a question early than sort out a licensing problem later.

What Your License Allows

When you purchase a product from RadiusTheme, you receive a license to use that product:

  • On your own websites, and
  • On websites you build for your clients.

You may hand the finished website over to your client at no extra charge. The end product — the site you built — is yours and your client’s to use.

What Your License Does Not Allow
  • You may not sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products under your own name, under our name, or under any other name.
  • You may not sell or transfer product licenses through your website, a marketplace, or any other channel.
  • You may not distribute our products as part of a bundle, theme pack, or “GPL club” style membership.

The license covers using our work to build websites. It does not make you a reseller of our work.

License Types

The number of sites your license covers is set at the time of purchase.

Single Site License

Use the product on one domain. You receive technical support, product updates, and download access for that single domain for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

Multi-Site License (5 Sites or a Specified Number)

Use the product on up to 5 domains, or on the specific number of domains listed on the product page. Technical support, updates, and download access are included for all covered domains for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

Unlimited Site License

Use the product on an unlimited number of domains. Technical support, updates, and download access are included for all of them for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

Lifetime License

Purchase once and keep using the product for life, with updates and support included. There is no renewal and no expiry date on a lifetime license.

Theme License: Lifetime Updates, 12 Months Support

Themes purchased from RadiusTheme follow a slightly different structure to our plugin licenses:

  • Updates: lifetime. Once you own a theme license, you continue to receive every future update to that theme for as long as we maintain it. Updates do not stop when your support period ends.
  • Support: 12 months. Technical support is included for 12 months from the date of purchase.

After the first 12 months, your theme keeps working and keeps updating. If you would like to continue receiving direct technical support, you can renew the support period from your account.

The site limit on your theme license (single, multi-site, or unlimited) works the same way as described above.

Bundle Plugin With Theme

A bundled plugin is a premium RadiusTheme plugin or 3rd party plugin that is included inside a theme package at no extra cost. It is the same plugin we sell on its own — the same code, the same features, the same functionality.

The difference is not what the plugin does. The difference is how it is licensed, updated, and supported.

Subscriptions and Renewals

Since July 1, 2021, purchases are handled through a subscription system. Your license renews automatically once a year unless you cancel it.

  • Automatic renewal applies to standard licenses.
  • Lifetime licenses and custom payments are not auto-renewed.
  • You can cancel the renewal at any time from your RadiusTheme account dashboard.

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. It does not remove the product from sites where it is already installed.

Membership Packages

Each membership package has its own duration and its own site limit. The exact terms are listed on the package itself at the time of purchase — please check the package details for what is included.

Our Envato Themes Now Available on RadiusTheme

Since 01, July 2026, Envato’s move to a non-exclusive model, our themes are now available to buy directly

Envato License Redemption

If you purchased one of our products from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon, you can redeem your Envato purchase code for a RadiusTheme license. Redemption is completely free.

How the support period works

Your RadiusTheme support period mirrors your active Envato support period. If your Envato item has 6 months of support remaining, you receive 6 months of support here. If you extend or renew support on Envato, your RadiusTheme support period follows.

Redeeming does not change the terms of your Envato license — it simply gives you a better way to receive updates and support for it.

Violation of License Terms

  • Selling our products, or selling licenses for our products, on your website or anywhere else is a violation of these terms.
  • If we have reason to believe a license is being misused, or that an account is being used in a way that harms our business, we may block the user account and disable the associated license.

We take action on the evidence available to us. If you believe a decision was made in error, contact support and we will review it.

Changes to This Policy

RadiusTheme may update these terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
