From item support or our Envato items (Our site/ Envato Market / Template Monster) when you email us for the support we store your email address, name and other info that you fill in the form. We also use Freshdesk support system and all support email communication through Freshdesk. Freshdesk store user name and email address. But we can import/ export this data as our need.

You need to register our site to make a purchase so upon registration (we collect your personal information) you become our customers so after login site you can download your purchased items any time or ask for support request as you are our customer.

Also when any support request comes in our support system Freshdesk it stores your info like name & email.

With the data store in our site, / Freshdesk support system we identify you as a customer we may send product notification like new products release/ existing products update or any discount offers. A guest user doesn’t have any permission to do any action on our site. So as a valuable custom you allow us to do this action.

You can just log in to our site and edit/ delete any information or account as your wish. If you want to remove your email from product notification just unsubscribe or email us we will erase your email or account. Just write in Subject “delete  your user name”
