Our support policy is straight forward 1 year of each product and day count after purchase the products.
We provide only English Language support. So write in clear English so we can understand easily with proper Screenshots and links of the issue.
From Monday – Friday support time 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+6 also some special support for PRO version are available till the mid day of EST time. Saturday and Sunday we provide Limited support.
Support response time 1 business day if we miss please provide us a reminder.
We provide form, mail and our support system Freshdesk and special case Skype support.

Support includes following
- Issue of setup RadiusTheme WordPress themes and plugins.
- Help to configure our product properly functional.
- Issue of any broken functionality.
- Issue of products which not function as described in the features list and demo.
- For Internet Explorer, we provide support above Internet Explorer 11 ( IE 11+).
Support does not cover
- Server related issue if your server does not support minimum requirements to run the WordPress stable version.
- If you don’t provide proper access information.
- Customization of 3rd party extensions/ plugins not included under our support.
- We don’t provide any support for the Internet Explorer version below 11. So support starts from IE 11+.
License agreement for support:
Single site: For a Single site, we only provide only 1 domain support 1 year from the purchase date.
Up to 5 sites: We will provide a max 5 domains support 1 year from the purchase date.
Unlimited site: You will get an unlimited domain site 1 year from the purchase date.
