We always try to provide the best service and support to our customers who purchase the Premium version of products from us. In any case, the products not working properly first submit a ticket in our site or mail support@radiustheme.com .

You will get a refund in the following situation

  • If the products are completely non-functional.
  • Item support is promised but not provided.
  • If you buy any product by mistake and still don’t download that (note all downloaded logs are saved).
  • Item has a security vulnerability

Refunds are not acceptable for the following situations:

  • After purchasing the item if you change your mind not use it and without any specific reason.
  • If you buy any item by mistake and download the item (note all download logs are saved).
  • You need to provide the necessary access for support. If don't provide access then the item will not be eligible for a refund.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • If a new feature is requested by multiple customers and we deem it necessary, we will either include the feature in a future version or provide a specified time frame for its implementation. Please note that if the buyer is unwilling to accept a minimum time frame in this scenario, a refund will not be acceptable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before contacting your bank. Nearly every billing problem — an unwanted renewal, a duplicate charge, an unrecognized charge, or a product that is not working — can be resolved by our team faster than a bank dispute, usually within one business day.

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at support@radiustheme.com or through our support desk at https://www.radiustheme.com/ticket-support/ and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Unrecognized charges.

Charges from us may appear on your statement as RADIUSTHEME, RADIUSTHEME LLC, PADDLE.NET* RADIUSTHEME, or a similar descriptor, depending on which payment provider processed your order. If you do not recognize a charge, email us we will identify it for you.

The 30-day period applies to each charge, including renewal charges. A renewal is refundable for 30 days from the date of that renewal charge, provided you request it from us directly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
