When the Radius Booking and Classified Listing integration is active, a Radius Booking preset field becomes available inside the Classified Listing Form Builder.
This allows admins to add a Booking section directly to listing submission forms, giving listing owners the ability to enable booking on their listings when submitting or editing them.
Adding the Radius Booking Field #
Navigate to Classified Listing → Form Builder → Fields tab to access the form editor.
- Open Form Builder: Go to Classified Listing → Form Builder in the WordPress admin sidebar.
- Go to Fields Tab: Click the Fields tab at the top of the Form Builder editor.
- Locate Preset Fields: In the right panel under Input Fields, find the Preset Fields section.
- Click Radius Booking: Drag & drop the Radius Booking preset field to instantly add a Booking section to the form.
- Save the Form: Click Save Form in the top right corner to apply the changes.
Booking Field Input Customization #
As the Radius Booking preset field becomes available in the Form Builder. Drag it into your listing form to give listing owners control over booking settings on a per-listing basis.
1. Enable Booking — A toggle that appears on the listing edit screen. Listing owners can turn this on to make their individual listing bookable.
2. Mapping Mode — Choose how this listing is mapped in the booking system. Options are:
- Use Global Setting — Follows the mapping mode set in the Integrations settings.
- Listing as Service — Overrides the global setting and maps this listing as a service.
- Listing as Staff — Overrides the global setting and maps this listing as a staff member.
3. Sync Price — Controls whether the listing price syncs to the booking service. Options are:
Use Global Setting — Follows the global integration setting.
- Yes — Forces price sync for this listing.
- No — Disables price sync for this listing.
4. Sync Description — Controls whether the listing description syncs to the booking service. Options are:
Use Global Setting — Follows the global integration setting.
- Yes — Forces description sync for this listing.
- No — Disables description sync for this listing.
This per-listing customization allows you to override global integration settings for individual listings, giving listing owners flexibility without changing the site-wide configuration.
The Booking Section in the Form #
Once added, a Booking section appears in the listing submission form with the following field:
Enable Booking:
A toggle displayed to listing owners on the form. When switched on, it activates booking for that listing. The listing is then automatically synced as a bookable service in Radius Booking according to the integration settings (price, description, employee).
Tip: Only one Radius Booking field is needed per form. Once a listing owner enables booking via this toggle, the listing syncs automatically as a service in Radius Booking.
Info: Click Save Form after any changes to the form layout to ensure the Booking field is active for new and edited listings.
